Compact Welding Fume Extraction Unit For Regular Use During Welding
The SmartFil from Kemper is a mobile welding fume filtering unit. The SmartFil is suitable for light to Medium fabrication & engineering use, with medium amounts of smoke and dust emissions. The disposable filter of the extraction unit has a particularly high filter surface of 25m² and is changed completely contamination-free when saturated. SmartFil effectively protects the user from welding fumes and is particularly economical thanks to its long service life. The unit is IFA W3 certified therefore also suitable for Stainless steel applications. The SmartFil is equipped with either a 4metre exhaust arm for long reach, or available with a suction hose and nozzle. Exhaust arm has a 360° Degree rotatable hood for getting into awkward angles or positions. Optional Automatic Start/Stop available for ease of use in your welding environment.
